Do I need to pay a deposit to secure an appointment?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This guarantees your dedicated time with Naomi and enables proper preparation for your procedure.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on daily studio availability, ensuring subsequent clients are not delayed.

What is your no-show policy?

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice may be required to pay an upfront deposit or full booking fee before scheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your consideration of our time and schedule.

Who is eligible for permanent makeup services?

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Permanent makeup cannot be performed on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Clients with active skin infections, open wounds, or severe irritation in the treatment area must postpone their appointment until fully healed. A consultation and signed consent form are required prior to every treatment.

Are there health disclosures or preparation requirements?

Yes. You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, history of keloid scarring, or blood-thinning medications, as medical clearance may be required. Please avoid consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your session and strictly follow all pre-care instructions sent upon booking.

How do touch-ups and healed results work?

Permanent makeup results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence. A follow-up touch-up appointment is recommended after initial healing to achieve your desired outcome and is subject to standard touch-up pricing discussed during booking. While we provide expert application, healed results and pigment retention cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.

What is your refund policy?

All payments for completed treatments and cosmetic services are strictly non-refundable. Any refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you ever have questions or concerns regarding your healed results, please reach out directly so we can discuss the best solutions.
